fuel gauge fuse? and air bag light?

fuel gauge doesnt work, thought it was the sending unit in tank, swapped it, still doesnt work, is there a fuse for it? could it be the gauge in the instament panal thats bad?

I have a chilton manual but.... it sucks

Also the airbag light blinks constantly, I dont care but someone said it effects performace, throwing ECU into a safe mode. But that doesnt seem likely to me.

For the airbag, one of the crash sensors may have something wrong with it that the computer senses. Its detecting something wrong with the airbag circuit, but I don't see how it would effect performance.
