fuel help needed

85 LTD 5.0 CFI not starting:
getting spark
key on engine off, fuel pump does not prime
when fuel pump test port is grounded, fuel pump primes
(has pressure at shrader valve after being jumped, holds pressure)
inertia switch is down (also tried bypassing)
tried new fuel pump relay

Since the pump comes on when jumped, that means the pump is ok? What else is there to check since the inertia switch and relay are ok? This is an electrical problem since I can get the pump to prime/have fuel pressure, correct? Thanks for any help, I want to get this diagnosed and fixed!!

Thanks for the reply - how do I check this out/where might it be located? Would that affect anything else??

Thanks anyway, figured it out - CFI has a connection from the + battery to the fuel pump relay - it came loose.
