fuel pressure on carb. setup (i searched)

performer heads
performer rpm intake (carb)
e- cam
i dont know what carb cause i didnt build it & im getting the truck from a friend who bought it from the guy who built it but im guessing its about a 650 holly. but what should the fuel pressure be at?

Set at 5-7 PSI on a non-supercharged engine.
