Fuel pressure problems

Well, here is the deal. My fuel pressure is around 38-40 psi and when I rev it up it drops about 3-6 psi. It used to gain when I would rev it. When starting to make boost it just maintains the around 40 psi and it used to would jump straight to 60 psi and climb. I have a new Walbro GSS340 pump installed with less than 1000 miles on it. Do you think I have a AFPR going bad or a pinched vacuum line or something else? I will be removing the FMU in about a month when I install 42lb injectors. I really don't suppect it since the problem is happing also when not making boost. I got the fuel pressure readings from the a-pillar gauge, haven't verified them with the fuel line gauge yet. I will get under the hood and check everything this weekend but was just wondering if anyone has had a similar problem like this. Actually this problem started after I installed my new radiator and fan. I might have knocked something loose in the process.
