fuel problems

wats up?can anyone help?my 98 gt has a m90 charger built 4.6,all the good stuff.but i dont think im gettin enough fuel to motor.tried to upgrade fuel pump but no one seems to have one,97 and 99 but no 98.has anyone ever modified stock system for a 97 holley 225l.p.h pump?its almost thr same but the filter on the pump is bigger.and will more fuel pressure help?dont know where the charger came from but it is set up with what i think are 42 lb.injectors.bought the car from a car lot,no info but it is pretty bad.my air/fuel is not where it should be and im gettin a lean 0 2 code on heavy gassin,any help would be appreceaited

Sounds like you need a dyno tune. You should be able to upgrade your pump with a walbro piece.

Does your setup have a regulator? If so, it is a return setup, otherwise, you would need a SVT Focus pump because you have a returnless setup.

I thought in 1998 many GT's went to the returnless style used in the '99 and up PI headed GT's?

Pretty sure the 98 cars still had a return system.
