i just bought a new fuel pump assy. on one of the lines (inside tank part) there is a little rubber cap covering the end of one of the lines.. it dosent look like somthing to keep debris out of the lines during shipping, because there is a little metal clamp on it.. what is this for? what should i do? leave as-is, or pull it off.. the car was carb'd before, so i have noting to go by... ill try to take a pic tomorrow..
