I recently installed trick flow uppers and lowers, and new value covers, the covers were leaking so last night i took them off and put stock ones back on, i didn't realize but while putting the throttle body and spacer back on i pinched a wire going to the 3rd injector, this is why i now know why my celinoid was smoking a lil, now the pump doesn't turn on at all, can some1 tell me where i shorted something out or what to check before i drop the tank to check the pump? all my fuses are good.

Well... you shorted something, right where you pinched the wire, so that's where I'd start. After that, you probably need to replace whatever relay was smoking, as I'm sure it's toast.

You probably burnt up the fuseable link for the ECC.
