Fuel pump questions

Here's a few easy questions for you guys:


What hp mark should I upgrade from the stock n/a fuel pump to a higher flow one with a turbo engine to a 150lph or 255lph?

Is there any car I can use the fuel pump off of or do I have to just buy an after market pump?

Go straight for the 255l hp.
