I've been having some issues with my aftermarket fuel rails. One of the injectors came loose under boost and spewed fuel everywhere. I'm assuming that the rails were not fastened down 100% and worked its way loose. But my question is this. The injector sits in the fuel rail a good 3/4 of an inch with an O-ring. How is it that the seal would break by it moving a little bit? Shouldn't the O-ring be able to travel up or down a little bit without the seal breaking since it is in contact with the rails edge? Could the holes in the rails be slightly too big? What is your experience with this?

Unfortunately I haven't heard much good regarding professional products parts. Maybe a different set of rails would be in order. Did there rails have a bracket on it so you could bolt it back down to the lower to help hold it tight. I know some brands do and some don't. If it wasn't leaking when installed and then started leaking it's either the rail or the o-ring
