Roush fuel shortage at high rpm's??

I have an 01 Saleen superchaged and the service engine soon light comes on whenever I am in a lower gear and the rpms are at 3,000 or more. After crusing around for a bit' it seems to misfire and then the engine light comes on. Has anyone else had this sort of thing happen to them and if so what did you do to correct the problem????? Thankz for any help!!
