Had a nice day to get out for some photos. A friend and I went out for an afternoon cruise in Colorado: I can't wait for some true T-Top weather!
What's the big deal?!? Here in San Diego we have 60 degree weekends (& weekdays & holidays) year round. BTW, sweet looking early Fox Saleens.
Yeah, you both should have driven down here, then there could have been an '85 in the mix. It was @70 down here in SoCO, and yes, the top was down for a drive in a couple cars
Thanks guys! #46 and #97 appreciate the kind words! We definitely gotta come down south Mike. We're waiting on 86 #120 to be back on the road so we can get pictures of all 4 early cars.
Great pictures, thanks for sharing. Wish the darn weather would change up here in the Pacific Northwest. We have had 28 stright days of liquid which is starting to get stupid. Cant wait for Spring though
Yea, You guys are looking at a record in a few days, no? Randy, Great shots! Really love those 4 eyes.
Those Fox Saleens are hot! Yeah, the 60 degree anomaly hit here, too. It dropped the next day, back into the 30s.
I've seen pictures of #122. That was a sweet ride! Why did it and you part ways? I had to part with 86 #147 a while back. I can understand the missing part!
To make room (and $$$) for my Daytona Coupe project I really didn't want to destroy the 86 to make it into a track car, I felt it was better to leave it stock, sell it and build something from the ground up.
Makes sense! How's the daytona coupe? I really like the Factory Five cars that I have seen. Pretty awesome kits from what I have heard.
It looks like hell at the moment, but I'm working on the body... hopefully it will be painted in March and ready to race by June. Trans is out getting rebuilt since I have a rear main leak I have to fix as well. Lots of small stuff to do yet.
