Greesing the control arm bushings

My D&D control arms are squeeking and I was wondering what is the best way to greese them? I got some wheel bearing greese and a gun but its almost impossible to shoot the greese where you want it to go and most of the time its just making a big mess.

I sprayed the bearings with some slicon spray but I heard to try lithium spray instead.

What do you guys usually do about this problem?

the BEST way to do them is to pull them out, slide out the sleeve and pack the inside with grease. lithium probably won't be thick enough to stop the squeaking for long.
