i dont know the 94-98 but i can change all of mine in my 99 in 20 min tops
it takes some getting use to but once u know how its simple.the pass side is hardest all u have to do though is disconect the air inlet from tb and move it over.

plus you will need 1 exstension about 2in long tops

You should be able to reach them all from the top, unless you got really big hands or to large of a rachett

Yeah it takes me 10 mins to do it on my 98 :D

Seriously though, the passenger side should be easier if you remove the air intake out of the way and drivers side you should be able to reach them, i can and I have big hands and size 18 shoes. :rlaugh:
