gt question

Iam looking at a 2001 gray gt thats in very nice condition with flowmaster exaust, strut tower brace, and a short throw shifter. It has black bullit rims and is pretty close to me. It has 103000 miles on it but looks to be very clean inside out. I was looking for a car with less miles but i like this one alot. I only put an average of 3 to 5k miles a year. Whats the most i should spend on this car?

there asking 9900. Iam pretty sure i can get them down to at least 9500 Iam looking for any reasons why i should stay away from this car. It is in my price range and i like the style but i dont want to deal with to many problems

well i payed 12k for my 01 with 20000 mi.....the loaded vers......so u should get them down
