Just goes to show that some people are just nuts when it comes to buying some cars. Why would anyone who really loves Mustangs already want to sell a GT 500. He must have thought he could make a quick buck or maybe he is down on his luck. At any rate, he shouldn't have paid that for the car in the first place.
The guy is probably taking a flyer I’d guess the guy isn’t really interested in selling the car, just hanging some bait out there to measure the interest in his car or draw attention to his username. How many times have you seen cars for sale at shows with unreasonable prices, the owner is thinking if someone really wants to pay an insane price, he will sell it and buy another one.
