Here's the specs that I think I can duplicate.

306 with 9.57 compression with 87 octane, standard tension rings with low windage.
I put in AFR 165 flow#'s, but I plan to run TW170's.
Typical aftermarket long runner EFI manifold.

Well, I know this is all for giggles, because there are a lot of factors that go into what an engine will make. That being said, my desktop dyno has always been fairly accurate to within about 10HP. I mocked up your setup, with the TFS 170cc, and it showed max power of 384 at 5500rpm. Just for giggles....
