i have a 302 with a tfs street heat intakes with a 3/4 in spacer and 30 lbs injectors what cam and intake should i run?

The heads you are running will make a big difference as to what cam you should run. I still dont know why your asking what intake to run when you already know you are running a tricflow R

well let me rephrase that heads and cam combo to run with my intake as of right now i have a steeda #19 im goin to buy new heads for sure so i wanted a cam to go with the heads..any info would be nice and help out

TFS Twsited Wedge 170's would do nicely on your setup. For the cam, well Im a Custom guy....

To be honest, for the Cost of the 190's, its almost a no brainer. Youll most certainly need a Custom Cam to take full advantage of those heads on a smaller CID engine.

Next thing im going to do is go to a 331 i dont think buying 170's would save me any cash later versus just buying a custom cam for now,

I will be changing from a 302 it a 331 in the next year once i have the money rather then spending the money on the 170's that would be "best" for my 302 shouldnt i just get the 190's for now so i can use them on the 331?

I'm not a Fan of Stock valve, stock port placement heads. The AFR's make decent power though.

depends you will always need to check for ptv clearance...
