Hand brake bracket rubbing?

94 Mustang. When I have weight in the car and I take a bump, or the car dips, I hear a scratching noise. I looked under the car and my hand brake is rubbing against the driveshaft. I heard of this on other 94 Stangs. I also heard there is a kit you can buy to fix that. Any ideas where I can get that? Price? Is there anything else I can do to fix that problem, aside from removing the hand brake? Thanks!
