Has anyone heard of a fuelrail restrictor,does removing it increase HP?

I saw a post somewhere about a guy with his mods which included a removed fuelrail restrictor. Has anyone heard of this restrictor in our 99 and up cars, and by removing this restrictor will we gain any HP. Also can someone describe exactly where it's located in the fuelrail and how to remove it. Thanks.

never heard of it. maybe it's on the return style fuel systems only.

stock fuel system provides more than enough fuel, so i doubt it could help any. Unless your forced induction and running lean.
