have 1994 cobra t5 trying to install in a91 Gt wiring issue

    as stated i have a 91 gt im trying to convert from aod to manuel currently ive swapped pedals reinstalled dash pulled counsil and pulled the aod before trying to reinstal the 94 cobra t5 i noticed the wiring harness connection differed from the 91 gt, in the case that the 94 has 1/16 " pin like connection pins while the 94 cobras connection has 1/8" pin type connections can someone help out with what i can do to remedy this problem so i can move forward i was totally thrown back by this because i assumed from passed threads it was a plug and play situation shame on me for thinking so if you have ever takin the 94 ,95 , t5 and put it into a fox body and you remember running into this at the kick panel connection please let me know what you did to remedy this situation

    The aod and the t-5 have a different wire harness. All you need is a t5 harness,unplug the aod harness and the t5 harness will plug right in

    thats what i did and it works just no reverse lights now but i realised the car was not firing up do to a ground issue not the harness so im going to reinstall the aod harness and get my light s back at the reverse again and just sale the t5 harness lost a hundred bucks on it already trial and error is a **** but right now im pushin 7 12s at work so no time to deal with it so im ordering more parts like carpet and interior stuff while i have it tore down to reinstall at completion then im going to try and installing the rear end from the 94 cobra to the 91 gt just dont know exactly the 1 inch or so diffreance in lenght or wheather or not it would look stupid im askin around now know replies but disk breaks at the rear would be bad ass and i have the parts ive also been told the front breaks and spindles will fit the gt from the cobra nd thats going on the list as well so five lugs disk brakes all the way around and a five speed i believe the old stanger will be a bad ass well to me anyhow later hey bro thanks for the input martin
