Head and Fog Light ?

Has anyone tried this

I hate my lights at night on my 03 GT with the factory smoked lenses. Whenever I can, I hold in the flash to pass highbeam, rather then flipping it forward so i don't need to hold, just so I can have both high and low beams lit. My question is this (or these)

1. How would one rewire it so that pushing forward on the highbeams will use both high and low beam? (reverse normal operation)

2. How would one rewire so fog lights will remain on during highbeam use?

1. do not do this, it will overload the circuit and blow the fuse or melt some wiring.

holding it in teh flash-to-pass position also greatly reduces teh bulbs life.

i did the fog light "mod" the other day. pretty easy
