What brand of headers are they from the 97?

you might want to do that, if they are shorties, dont bother. all stock exhaust maifolds are the same, and aftermarket shorty headers aren't worth it, with no gain.

At first I thought you asked if you can swap stock headers from a 97 to a 2000. More info on your post would of been helpful

5.0 mag dynoed a 4.6 with shorties and they gained i think 1.5hp...if your going to the trouble to install them mine as well do longtubes...plus longtubes sound

My car sounds like a nascar now that i have longtubes
