Could it be hitting your radiator hold down brackets? Maybe if you have a non stock radiator theyre not sitting right or something.

ohhh haha whoops forgot we were talking about my hood, yea, the radiator is stock, i know its not hitting that, I know its not hitting anything because, I would either feel it, or it wouldnt close all the way. Its latched and not moving. Its just something that needs to be adjusted.

i say that you have to many shims under your fenders or something than they just adjusted the hood to match it.
