Hello all,

My name is Miguel and I live in Arizona. I am a huge ford guy and although I am new to this forum, I have long been a part of a F-150 forum. I recently purchased a 1987 LX 5.0 Hatch in Candy Apple Red. It has a few aftermarket parts but I will show more about that later. Right now it has an AOD but I am already looking in to doing the T5 Swap. I will post pics soon and hopefully continue to update on the progress. Anyway, I am excited to be here and am looking forward to chatting about all things Mustang.

I have a few on my phone. Only thing is I use a Droid phone and my wife insisted on a macbook...I am trying to figure out how to connect the two. I now know for certain i will never try to modify any Ford vehicle with any other make of drivetrain if I can't even get this stuff to work lol. NOT COMPATIBLE! hahaha

OK so I figured a way to upload without having to transfer the pics to that evil macbook. Got this baby for a very reasonable price and I think it is pretty clean for its age. Sorry about the blurry photos, I hadn't realized that my son tried to eat my phone with snack and left the lens full of slobber and baby food. I caught the mistake after the first couple of photos though.

Just ordered a gasket set and picked up an engine hoist and stand so I can get to work resealing this baby. Wife gave the go ahead when she saw the mess it was leaving in the garage lol. I will post pics of the progress as it goes. I'm hoping to get a couple of hours every other weekend in January. Shooting for an end date of around mid Feb if I get at least 4 hours of work per day. It will be my first solo tear down and rebuild so I hope everything goes as planned without any speed bumps.
