HELP, crazy vibration in transmition

Alright, whenever i hit about 85mph my shifter starts shaking extremely badly. It shakes so much when you grab the shifter you can't feel your elbow down. Im assuming it's comming from the tranny, however that same night, the left side of my exh. pipe connecting to the header shook it self loose and now i have to go buy new nuts. Anyway if anyone has any input on what you think it could be of how to fix it please let me know...Thanks for your help

Transmission mount
