HELP? fuse/wiring problem?

I just got the newest LG phone the one with pictures and movies and all the jazz. I wanted to charge it in my car because its supposed to be a rapid charge 90 minutes. When i plugged it in it didnt work .. neither of them worked. The one under the CD or the one by the Emergency brake. Do you think its a fuse?? or loose wires?
what should i do to try and fix it?

It could be that the cell phone adapter for charging is just bad. It happens. Do you have anything else to hook up just to make sure its not the cell phone adapter and not the power adapter outlets ? If its the power adapter outlets, I'm not sure if they use fuses or not.
