Electrical Help! Headlight Problems

so my car is trippin, when I turn on the parking/city lights they work fine, but as soon as I pull the switch to turn on the headlights, my interior, corners, and taillights... so I have to drive with city lights and holding high beams. also saw my bulb busted, so could it be that? a fuse? the switch? this is annoying so help me ASAP please
