Help me with Cams

Hi,
I'm planning to purchase Patriot stage 2 heads and I'm still not sure what cams to order.
The Patriot Performance Modular Ford Billet 233/237 .545"/.550" 113 lsa or
The Comp Cam XE274H ?
Also, should Ii buy a adjustable cams gear or I can stick with OE cams gear ?

Haven't ever used the Patriot cams, so I can't really say. I'd just use the stock OEM gears.
