HELP on 4cyl to 302 or 351 swap.

[89' RICE COOKER]

i currently have two 89' 4 banger hatchs. one running and driving for years and starting to fall apart, and a donor car that is mint but not running. i have a couple weeks to spare and would like to make something of one. DOES ANYONE Know A good Site On What i will need to complete the swap(i.e. computers, mounts, rearend ect.) Any Help In The Right Direction or A Good Resource would be awsome.
