Help! Problem With 02 4.6

Last night I installed some Moroso 11 bolt Aluminum Valve covers, everything went well I thought. But upon starting the car the idle jumped to 3k rpm and will only go down to about 2k. I have double checked everything and nothing seems to be hooked up wrong. Is it possible I damaged a vacuum line?
What would cause my 2002 mustang to idle so high?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Seems likely to me that there is a vacuum leak somewhere.

But if you failed to hook up the TPS or if the throttle linkage is binding could also cause a high idle.
