help quick please!!!

In My JLT directions it says to replace the factory hard lined pvc hose on the valve cover with the one supplied with the JLT intake. Where is this hose and how do I get it off? If i dont replace it and just leave it with the stock hose will it hurt my car?

On the passenger side valve cover, there is a plastic hose that runs to the intake pipe, and you do have to replace it. It will not connect to the JLT intake pipe. From what I remember, there is a little green plastic tab that you slide backwards to disengage the locking mechanism on the fitting, then just pull up on it and it should slide off.
