unplug the connectors to the 02 and take a picture of the 02 connector and harness connector.
Ok, hear ya go. All from the driver's side

You still need them for fuel control. Looks like that clipped wire may go to the low oil level sensor. You need to find the wire on the 02 sensor that is not being used in the o2 harness. It should be one of the black ones. So, which ever wire on the 02 sensor is going to the blank spot in the harness, is the one that needs grounded.

Ok. I'll look again and ground the wire not being used..I'll report after work or if I get a chance on my lunch brake.
As far as grounding the wire, chassis ground OK? Like maby on my firewall?.
Thanks liljoe07 ,as alwase. I'm learning a LOT about this car with your help and great patients.. Lol.

Yeah that more than likely the reason for codes 91 and 41. The 3 wire and 4 wire 02s are designed differently internally. 3 wire grounds through the case, and the 4 wire grounds through the grey wire for the 02 signal. Typically most 4 wires are connected to the SIGRTN circuit. But you should be good with a good chassis ground.

Ok, I'll ground the gray wires and report back.

Ok, I grounded the gray wires coming from my o2's to a good chassis ground, I lost the 41 & the 91 codes with engine running.
Here are my new codes KOEO, 81, 85 and sometimes I get a 67. With KOER I get, 94, 44 and 33.
The car was stalling as I release the clutch, stumbling real bad and a hard time picking it back up to idle ( horrible throttle response). I unhook the vacuum to my EGR valve and capped both the vacuum line and the EGR inlet for the vacuum. Now the car responds much better, and doesn't stumble as I release the clutch nice and easy. from the codes that I gave above and having my EGR vacuum unhooked, what's my next move.
I think I made some real forward progress today..
Thanks. :)

You might want to check your vacuum line to the egr. Sounds like it's constantly pulling vacuum. You may have the vacuum lines going to the EGR solenoid reversed.

81,85,94,44 are smog codes. You can ignore them.

Yes, the egr vacuum seems to be constantly sucking.I can pull the line off, stick my finger over the vacume line going to the egr and I constantly have suction.
How do I correct that? What do you mean reversed? And what about code 33?
Thanks , I'm so close, I think.. Lol

Code 33 is because you have no vacuum going the egr. If the egr valve doesn't move, the computer will throw that code. Look at the passenger strut tower. The egr solenoid should be there. Try switching the vacuum lines around.

Ok, I'll look tomorrow. If I follow the vacume lines It should lead to the egr solenoid correct. Is it the round black ball looking thing, lolol? And just try switchin the lines? I have constant suction at the egr right now..lol
What could happen if I leave the vacume line off the egr?
Thanks.
