I was thinking of buying this cobra. I saw it in the daytime it looked like a really good shape cobra with headers, shift light, wheels were pealing, and a few rocks chip here and there, but a really clean car also black interior. Also motor was stock. Do you think this price is reasonable.

What do you think would help alot -scoot-

Make sure you run the VIN# by SVT (1-800-Ford-SVT) to confirm that it is an authentic Cobra, if you haven't already done so. :D

The 93s are becoming somewhat sought out cars being the only fox body cobras and do tend to go for more then say a 94 or 95 cobra. I dont think the price is all that bad if the car is in really good shape. I would try to talk him down a bit though. Good luck :flag:

    Congratulations on your purchase.

The 93 Cobra is a pretty collectible car. I don't think that price is that bad. How is the condition of the car with regard to the usual fox issues like door sag and weatherstripping?

some stone chips on the hood
mostly its a nice car the nicest fox body i've ever owned and i don't mind putting some money into the cobra make it nicer

That's actually not bad if it's close to stock. I'd offer them $8500 and be willing to come up to around $9250. The 93's are getting rarer and are starting to come up in price. I was just considering saving for one myself before they get too high.
