Guys i have a 1987 2.3 lx hatchback, and it is going south quick!! I am planning the 302 swap, I know....this gets asked 1363 times a day but... what all do i need to swap my car from a efi 2.3 to a carbed 302?? this is my list so far 1. 302 2. carb 3. if i use mt tranny, i need a special pilot bearing(i got the part #) 4. exhaust(dumps, so i dont have to do anything with lines) 5. motor mounts 6. altenator with motor(1 wire) 7. a bellhousing(if i use my tranny) 8. new clutch 9. pressure plate 10. fuel pressure regulator???? Do i really HAVE TO put in a pick up tube?? ANYTHING ELSE THAT YOU KNOW I NEED, PLEASE TELL ME CAUSE I NEED TO GET EVERYTHING ROUNDED UP BEFORE I DO ANY TEARING DOWN.
