high idle

I was having a high idle problem, and found out my iac did not work. Got it replaced and I still have a idle problem. When the car is not in gear, it is idling around 1100. When I put it in gear, it will go down to 900. I don't think I have an vacuum leaks. The iac was working when it was put on, so I don;t think it went bad again.

If this is on a hot engine, if you disconnect the electrical connector to the IAC, does the idle drop?

Do you have the throttle stop adjuster too far in?

Is the idle bleed screw adjusted too far out?

One of those latter two might be your issue.
