My is sitting around 195,000 miles. Sprayed it hard for 5+ years.... she's getting low on compression so this winter is the planned rebuild. Still runs great though. Lower intake is leaking a little oil after I had to do an emergency replacement the night before/morning of our club Power Tour. We reused the old gaskets, and I guess it didn't take as it only held a few months.

I am the third owner of mine.

First owner(works at a local dentist) bought new and ran it until march of this year. Put about 155k on it. TOB and rear main went out so they sold it cheap

Second owner(a guy I know) bought it for $2500 and put a clutch, rear main, TOB, and 4:10's in. Car sat at the shop for a month solid and he didn't tag the car the first three weeks he had it. It was on the road a little over a month. He didn't have a chance to f it up like he always does. He put about 1500ish miles on it.

Third owner(me). Bought it for $3000 Odo reads 158k without the speedo being fixed from the gears. Car runs really good for an 11 year old car.

I saw the car everyday for 11 years and knew it was straight car. I knew she didn't race it, but dunno about the maintenance. Seems like its running fine and doesn't show any signs of dying *knock on wood*.

Over 155,000 miles on my stock motor and I'm about to go on a 1,200 mile trip in a couple days with no worries at all. Bought the car with 24K miles back in 1996 in literally mint condition.

Idle is perfect, gas mileage is 14 city / 24 interstate, revs and acceleration is absolutely smooth, and the exhaust note is downright perfect!

I've replaced the oil pan gasket and had the rear main seal replaced when a new clutch was installed a few months ago. No leaks at all now and rarely ever had to add oil. With the new seals, no oil problems at all.

Other than that, maintenance has been key. Every fluid gets flushed and filled every 2 years or sooner. Oil changes and tune-ups are on a typical schedule, too.

Only complaint? The gas guage stopped working years ago. :)

I owned a well maintained 1 owner 95 GTS, and sold it with 240,000 miles. Tires/oil/clutch/alternator... Everything else was original.

151k on my Mustang without a single hiccup. I did end up replacing the clutch around 148k just because I did not want to toast one at the track. When I pulled the old one out it looked just fine and would have had plenty of life left.
