So rare to see one of these!!! 1987 LX T-TOP hatch! 2.3 with a 5-speed. Talk about the ULTIMATE car for a 2.3 Turbo swap! At least IMO, I love t-top cars.

    http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1988...oryZ6236QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

theres the link, sorry i forgot it

also in my haste...i didnt notice that its a 1988 not an 1987 which makes it even more rare. they only made t-top cars for the first couple months of 88.

the mirror...hmm...ive never seen any t-top car that came with them stock, but this doesnt exactly look like a car that has been modified that cleverly...i do like that though, i wanted to do that with the 85 GT t-top car that I had.

man i want this car haha

is it just me or is the paint on the front 1/4 a different shade than the door? that might explane the mirror, and no stripe on the 1/4.

That car's been hit in the nose at some point...the moldings and paint on the front end look about 5 times better than the rest of the car does

    I've been wanting an 87-88 t-top car for a while now :(

most I find are GT's that I dont want to worry with. Actually been thinking of just locating an older fox shell w/t's and converting it over to the 87-93 setup.

Anyone notice the dent dead center of the top of the windshield? Just to the right of the 5 in the head on pic the guy taking the pic is standing with his shadow hiding it.

Front end definitely smashed. I'd take it for like 1200.

    pfft so picky...

its obviously not in a shape thats up to our standards, but id consider it a car worth building/saving being that its so rare.
