Hood Latch Release Cable

Is this difficult to replace? I ordered one from LMP and I am up in there air on whether to pay someone to do it, or replace it myself.

Where possible, always try yourself first.
Then if its to much, or dont work right, call in the pros, hehe

does it have one now?
If so, study how it is routed through, and how its connected at each end, before you pull it out, when you pull it, just go slow, and remember how, and reverse things you did.
I never did one of those, but it cant be any harder then a speedo cable, and those arnt real hard.

It does have one now. I don't imagine its to difficult, but sometimes those are the projects that kick your a$$.

I think it took me ~10 minutes to replace mine.

awesome that is what I wanted to hear....I just didn't feel like having to tear off my front bumper or anything....lol

Most of the time it is the lack of rooms that get you. Ending up have to remove or unbolted other parts just to get to where you wanted to go. Small hand and tiny little fingers help too..
