Hood props

CDC's kit is awesome I have it took only about 15min to install and I was able to do it myself without removing the hood from the car.

I like the ones I picked up from MRT.
A little more, but the black powder coat looks better.

Basically identical manufacturing, so you can't go wrong if you choose CDC.

I know UPR makes one, but don't know if they do for S197.

I went with MRT as well.

You will want the MRT's.

They extend only 3 inches out from the end as opposed to the others that extend half way into the engine bay.

I have the MRT on mine and I got the plain ones and color painted them to match. They look factory now. They also raise the hood a little farther than a prop rod. I don't know why Ford didn't make them standard. Guess they wanted to save a few extra pennies or maybe people wouldn't buy the car if it cost 20 dollars more....

LOL, if they cost Ford $20.00, they would have charged us $300.00 or more for the option.
