My plugs are .035 Autolite Plugs and my timing is 14 with the plug out.

.035 gap is really tight unless youre running some kind of power adder. Youd do better with .050 to .060... But get your fuel issue worked out first, that's KILLING your numbers and hurting the motor too, too much unburnt fuel can wash down the cylinder walls and cause the rings to start scoring them

I read your profile and i don't see a Mass air meter listed as a mod, but i do see 24 lb injectors. Is this car SD?

And as said you do need an AFPR, since 24lb injectors are technically too much for your combo.

+1...change plugs, gap to .055 or a little more if you dont plan to spray on em....0.55 I believe is stock gap. More gap will give you better power as long as you can sustain a hot spark between it...too little gap shrouds the flame. DEFINITELY get an afpr....seen many many guys upgrade injectors and run stock fuel pressure and have tons of driveability problems and never figure out why. The extra fuel can definitely cost power, lots of it if it's bad.
