How do I post a picture?

I dont know if this is the place to post this question, but can someone tell me how to post a picture in a thread? Everytime I press the INSERT IMAGE button, it asks me for a url for the picture. I do not have a url, the picture is on my computer.

you have to use photobucket or some other picture hosting site.

find someone with a previous post with pics in the post and then push quote and then it will show you in the message box what im talking about,
