How do i properly adjust my roller rockers?

I have a problem im hoping you can help me with.. i took apart m 85 gt to replac a head gasket, and while i was apart, i had the heads cleaned/milled, so ths rockers were taken off.. i put them back on, but apparently not correctly.. the car runs horribly rough, pops and spits gas out of the carb and is flooding very badly.. so, since everything worked jus fine before, then i can assume my problem lies in the rockers.. how am i supposed to poperly adjust these??
