How far can a stock A9L take you?

I know this computer can handle alot. But what is the limit where you will need some sort of tune? I am planning on getting a 331 or 347 with afr 185's very soon and would like to know if i should start looking for a tuner. That being said. Does anyone know of a tuner near chicago that can chip something so primative? Thanks

I have 306 with systemax kit and Z cam and stock computer works fine. Amazingly I just saw a stang with a turboed gt40 motor running 10s with stock computer, didnt even have a boost retard.

It can take you into the 11's for sure be it on motor, juice or either choice of boost.

If your in Chicago id recommend nothing but Anderson Ford, there fox body gods, however most of there tuning is with the PMS and not with chips. Also Pauls High Performance shouldnt be far from you either, believe its in Jackson , Michigan

It can take you very far, the question is what driveability issues will you live with?

Bucking, hard starting, etc?

Something to think through.
