I went to our local Ford dealer to buy a setscrew that came off one of the latch hooks on my convertible top. Ford will sell me one at the bargain price of $87. But as a bonus, they will include the whole latching mechanism for that price. The parts guy suggested I go to a salvage yard to get one. I instead went to a local Ace Hardware store and bought one for 65 cents.

I'm tempted more and more to look at Corvettes.

I feel your pain man, Ford has some rediculous pricing marks.. hell, most auto manufacturers do.
