HOW??? Take 10 pin connectors APART

Having idle problems, I cannot seem to get the 10 pin connectors apart;
i know it says to PUSH, but how.... What does the tool often mentioned, look like???Dealer unaware of such.... HELP Please!!

As this link says, squeeze the four side clips and pull apart. Don't break them like I did.
