How to change Fuel Pressure

I just want to know if there is any way that I can change the fuel pressure by myself with simple hand tools. My car is really running rich and is loading up during normal driving, and I know my way around a 5.0 pretty well but am kinda still getting familiar to the 4.6. So if anyone knows a way to change it and can dumb it down a little so I would be able to understand, I would greatly appreciate it.

Nope, not with regular hand tools you can't change it, but they do make adjustable fuel pressure regulators that can adjust it...Kirban, Aeromotive, BBK, and Mallory all make them for our cars I believe...
