how to list car details and animated avatar

can some one help me out by telling me how this stuff works trying to list my car details and i want a animated avatar ok now i have car details

well i think the way to list your car details is in your signature, under your USER CP as far as an animated avatar im sure a mod will chime in and tell you how to do that.
