Yes I searched but found nothing that helped.

I want to know the difference between each. My motor combo will be spinning a max of roughly 6200rpms.

I read that solid is that way to go for HIGH revving engines and needs adjustments a few times a year. Someone PLEASE explain.

BTW, here's my engine combo, not exactly 5.0 lol but ford nonetheless...

460 Stroked to 557.
XR292X Cam.
Victor Single Carb Intake.
Holley 1050 Carb.
Ported D0VE Heads.

solid, because you are going strip only, look into the xr292r from comp, the best solid cam out there for BBF, its what i would choose if i had a solid setup, but my big block fox is mostly street driven.
