I finally ditched the factory lift

I lowered my car a whooping 1.25" (i kno i know a little to radical) it actually looks really good and I havent scrapped a lot either, but.....
I took my car to get allined and it was @ -2 degrees Ford factory specs allow up to -0.4 or -0.5 degrees well the mechanic was able to teak my front end to rest at -1.5 degrees. and
I was wondering is this something to be conserned of should i invest 2 bill in cast and camber plates.
The mechanic said my tire life would be cut in about half...
what do you guys (and ladies) think I should do?

Well I just took mine in to get aligned at ford, and they have these cast and camber adjustment plates. Not the same as the aftermarket C&C plates. They used those on mine, I had a postive 3 degrees I think. And it's fine now.
