When I got home from work today, my Cobra brakes and new AC gauges came in the mail. The front brake kit is from Speed Concepts and the AC gauges are from speedhut which is the same place I bought my face gauges. The cobra front brakes are C/D and slotted. They cost $441 shipped and the AC gauges from $45 shipped. The AC gauges start at $29. I put the logo on there and upgraded the inverter which cost more. I also bought a Alpine CDA-9833 CD player. I got that for $320 shipped from ebay. It should be here Tuesday. And I also bought some steeda billet AC knobs. I should get those next week too. I will post more pics when everything is done.

Does Ford not include the larger master cylinder in the kit anymore? I always thought it was needed for the extra volume.

Youll love the brakes, I remember when I first took my car for a spin after swapping them, and man, what difference. And they look so much better than the stock brakes, taking up more of the wheel :nice: . That AC thing is awesome, I love how they put in your own name or whatever you want.

How much would more would buying the M/C help. If I don't really need one I won't buy it. And would autozone or anywhere sell one. I am going to call baer and ford this moning and see there prices. I guess it would just be the cobra M/C I want?

    Dustin

And thanks for the replys guys.

Cool gauges, didn't notice the logos on em. Is the background color adjustable? My gauges are teal and I dunno if they'd match or not.

Looks good, do the brakes hook up to the stock locations or do relocation brackets come with the kit?

Yea it's the Cobra one. The FRPP kit says it includes the M/C, but that kit cost $600. You can go without it for now and see how the car acts. You may not even really need it.

there should be a clip on one the studs that hold the rotors on. They shouldnt be too hard to get off.

There is no clip on the rotors. These are still the same damn rotors that came with the car. The book told me that I would have to get a 3 jawed puller if they were stuck on there.
